In Pokemon Legends: Arceus, players are often tasked with helping the residents of Jubilife Village solve various dilemmas across the Hisui region. One of the most recurring request chains involves Ezekiel, who repeatedly finds himself lost in dangerous environments while searching for his sister Wanda. The quest titled "Gone Astray in the Icelands" is Request 86, representing the final leg of this side story set in the frozen tundra of the Alabaster Icelands. Following daily gaming news can keep trainers updated on strategies for navigating these sub-zero open-world challenges.
Unlocking Request 86 in the Alabaster Icelands
Before you can accept Request 86, you must complete the previous "Gone Astray" requests involving Wanda and Ezekiel in earlier regions. Once those requirements are met, speak with Ezekiel in the Galaxy Team Headquarters to officially initiate the mission. He will inform you that Wanda has gone missing yet again in the treacherous snowscapes of the Alabaster Icelands.
Locating Ezekiel and the Lost Pokemon
To track down the exact location, summon your ride Pokemon Ursaluna to detect scent trails across the snowfields. Ride toward the Avalugg's Legacy region and head slightly northwest toward a large ice hole or cavern entrance in the terrain. Falling into this specific hole will trigger a cutscene revealing Ezekiel trapped alongside an aggressive Alpha Glalie.
Defeating the Alpha Glalie and Completing the Quest
Preparation is key before dropping down into the ice cavern to face the Alpha Glalie. Bring strong Fire, Rock, Fighting, or Steel-type Pokemon to counter its Ice typing effectively during battle. Once you defeat or capture the Alpha Glalie, Ezekiel will be safe, allowing you to return to Galaxy Hall to claim your rewards, including a Peat Block and Ice Stones.
